Stuart Shotton

Stuart has a wide range of enforcement and retail experience, having spent 9 years within Trading Standards before joining Iceland Foods Limited as Food Labelling Manager where he was responsible for the nutrition, labelling and product recall strategy for one of the fastest growing retailers in the UK. Stuart is the only individual with this experience within the food law consultancy industry. Stuart is currently Consultancy Services Manager for FoodChain Europe.

Mike Law DCA, MTSI

Mike Law photoMike Law is an acknowledged expert in UK and European Food and Trading Law. Mike Law spent many years in Trading Standards and has more than 7 years experience as Certification Manager for three UKAS accredited BRC certification programmes, the BRC Global Standard Food, BRC/IOP Packaging Standard and the Beef Labelling scheme. He is currently Chief Certification Officer for Cert ID Europe Ltd.

Jerry is a qualified Trading Standards Officer and Auditor who has over 15 years experience in Business Development, following a successful career as a Product Safety/Food Safety Consultant. This ideally places Jerry to translate clients needs into consultancy solutions.

Richard Werran has 29 years of experience within the Food Industry in technical, quality, sales and senior
