HACCP – Beyond the Basics: This course is a first step into practical HACCP for those who have an understanding of the subject but need to translate it into practice.  The course makes extensive use of case studies and learning exercises.

Modern HACCP Refresher: This course is designed for practitioners
who have previously been trained to Intermediate level but need to refresh their knowledge. As with all food safety topics, HACCP is not a static issue. New concerns, such as allergens, or developments in genetic modification, even new illnesses such as Swine Flu, prompt the need to update your knowledge and keep your skills current.
