How Does It Work?

Working exactly like a top up phone, you purchase an minimum credit of 5 hours. Advice is logged in 10 minute units and when you are down to an hour left we contact you and advise that you balance is low and that you may want to top up.

Is It Any Different To My Current Technical Retainer Membership?
Yes most definately! Unlike other schemes, there is no time limit on when you use the 5 hours. It can last 6 months or 6 years depending on how you use it. Advice is only given to named individuals so you keep in control of who is accessing it and we advise you monthly of your remaining balance and what it's been used for to date. This means no annual fee and no unexpected invoice.
