Project Definition: Once you have established there is a suitable resource you work with Link²’s Development Team to develop a project brief against which the identified candidates are invited to tender. This ensures that all parties understand the deliverables and the key performance indicators for the project. FoodChain manage the tender process within an agreed timescale enabling you to make the purchasing decision with maximum confidence.
