Level 2, in Polish

The Food Safety 2007 Interactive e-learning programme has been translated into Polish to cater for the growing number of Polish Nationals settling in the UK as well as seasonal migrant workers working in the Hospitality and Leisure industry.

The translation covers all the elements of the UK version.

This course covers the all essential areas of food hygiene in approximately 3-4 hours. The training features high quality animation and also has a full audio voice over - no computer skills are needed. The design function also allows the trainee to leave the course halfway through and continue the course where they logged out another day. This is very useful for busy production lines that have deadlines to meet.

On successful completion, candidates are eligible for a recognised certificate which demonstrates food safety training to the equivalent of the Level 2 Food Safety in Catering (formally known as the Basic Food Hygiene).
