After payment you will receive an email containing your unique username - this is sent within 2 working days but usually the same working day. The email will also contain full instructions explaining how to access your course, setup your registered name and choose your own password.

If you have a large number of staff that require training, our Technical Department can accept a full list of staff names in many different formats, such as on an MS Excel spreadsheet, if that is easier for you. Alternatively we can set companies up with their own Admin system, which is very straightforward to use, enabling you to add your staff on and create a username for them whenever you wish. This can be especially useful if you have a large turnover of staff.

The course is very easy to use but, should you have any questions or need help, we are here to help in anyway that we can.

The courses allow the student to logout at any point throughout the course and records your progress to date, the student can then continue from the same point another day.

Once the student has completed the course, a certificate becomes registered with us (please email us as well to confirm you have finished the course) and we will email your certificate straight to you.

It is recommended that the computer used for e-learning is running at least Windows 98, Internet Explorer has 64mb RAM, a CD ROM, & speakers if you wish to listen to the optional audio.
